Finding comfort in your anxiety, fears and panics. What helps you get through?

  I got a lot of feed back and direct messages about people going through these fears and attacks. Many of you spoke about what helps you get through them but wanting the attacks to stop all together.   What I want everyone to understand is that anxiety and panics and even fear is very common! You are not alone and a lot of people just like you are trying to figure them out and prevent them from happening all together. But know that you can't do any of this without first knowing what trigger or contribute to these moments.  Focus : on where are you most of the time when you begin to have your attacks?  Is it a person, a feeling, or thoughts that put you in that space? Is it a current event or experiences of the past? Do it overtake you when your alone? Are you in a room full of people when your attacks hit?  What action or thought help you get through them? Is it another thought, video, song, picture or saying that calms you? Is your attacks related to a traumat...

Fear : dealing/overcoming anxiety and negative thoughts. Triggers; What Triggers You? Piggybacking off of my last blog I want to talk about things that trigger your fears and anxiety or panics. Do you know what your triggers are?  Now, before we get into triggers I just want to say that knowing your triggers will not necessarily stop the worrying, anxiety or panics right away but it will help you to understand certain situations, while making you aware of your feelings, and helping you with situations you should avoid.  Many people have no idea what triggers their fears, or anxiety attacks or panic attacks.  Do you know what causes or contributes to yours?  Many times your attacks or fears are tied to a situation or experience you can not see or understand right away.  Traumatic situations or experiences are commonly linked to fears and attacks and these attacks and fears can stick around long after the traumatic situation plays out.  I'm sure you've had a ...

  Fear : dealing/overcoming anxiety and negative thoughts. Do you let fear take over your life sometimes? Or many times?  I have to admit that when it comes to certain things fear rules my thoughts.  Lately I’ve been reading mantras, changing my thoughts and the way I look at situations, and changing the way I let fear enter my life.  Because my fear causes anxiety I've been trying to figure out ways in which I can overcome my fears and learn a new hobby/habit at the same time.  In this blog I will share with you the ways in which I am working on overcoming my fears while putting peace into my surrounding space.
