Healing is a journey so how do you prepare for the long road trip?
When you are going through something, Getting through something, or have just come out of something the best way to get a hold of it, to get back in to the swing of life or to get through it, is to prepare for the long road of recovery ahead. We as people lack recovery/ downtime. We don’t give ourself time to heal. Wether that looks like jumping right back into something, overworking ourselves to stay busy, not working at all or being productive, or simply not processing the situation. Heartbreak of any kind of “ship” and or death isn’t the only situations we need to take time from and focus on healing.
